I haven’t really been reading the news, but I found an article about the new smoking laws in Victoria.
From the Tobacco Reforms Victoria web site, I found that from 1st July 2007, smoking will be prohibited in:
enclosed licensed premises.
outdoor dining or drinking areas where there is a roof in place and walls that cover [...]
We had a bit of a BBQ for Grand Final day. Even if you don’t like any of the teams, it’s still a celebration of how great AFL is.

I emerged GNOME 2.16 on all of my Gentoo boxes over the weekend. I always love a good GNOME release, and this is no exception. It feels a little quicker, and even a little more stable.

It’s great to see that Double the Fist is coming back for Series 2 on JTV. I found it hard to believe that the ABC would drop Double the Fist in the first place, after winning an AFI Award in 2004 for Best Comedy Series – Sitcom or Sketch.

Bek and I just got back from our short holiday to Brisbane.e
We went to Dreamworld and Movieworld, and I got to ride all the cool rides. My favourite would probably be the Superman ride at Movieworld. Unlike the rides at Dreamworld, the Movieworld rides have a story, which makes the rides a little more interesting. [...]
So, the floor has been mopped 3 times and it’s still sticky. It was an awesome party, and I think everyone who came had a great time.
