I haven’t updated in a while, so this one is for Christian
Because things didn’t really work out, trying to organise a bucks night for Ankit before he flew to India, we organised one after he got back. It’s ok, because his wife isn’t in the country yet
I was a good night, and we didn’t even handcuff Ankit naked to a pole. We started at the Eurpoean Bier Cafe, had dumplings at David and Camy’s and then visited the prestigious Mens Gallery

Me and Ankit.
On Saturday night, I went to the double header footy game, Richmond v Hawthorn and Geelong v Carlton. For the record, the Hawthown v Richmond games was crap. Both teams were shit, but Hawthon were up most of the match.
The Geelong v Carlton match was better. Kent Kingsley was on FIRE with 9 goals, which was fantastic to see. Seems that the pre-season work he put in is really paying off
He may also have been attending the Brad Ottens kicking school too. I have never seen Kingsley kick so well. You can read about it on the GFC web site.

I just put some more photos onto my gallery from our ride from the city to Williamstown with Tom and Kerr-Unit, and the grad drinks last night to celebrate the fact that we’re still employed at Big-T after a year! Yay for us.
Don’t wait… check out the Gallery!

Some of the Big T grads went to Christian’s Dad’s place for lunch. It’s called Aroma Cafe, on Queen St. Very nice.

Looks like the new WordPress just hit Gentoo Portage, so I thought this might be a good time to finally upgrade to the world of WordPress 2. So far, it looks good. The ebuild handled the upgrade perfectly (the Gentoo guys really know how to package web apps!) which rocks.
The new editor is kinda funky, and i’m finally glad to see an upload field on the same page as where you type. Very nice.
On another note, the Gradiators are at it again. We’re playing in a B-grade volleyball competition on Thursday nights, and even though we had a loss, it was still a good effort for first timers.
