Incidents

Called Ken and he said that the builders do have a permit for the Scissor Lift. The requirements of the permit are that the builders are required to:

• let residents know what they are doing prior to using it.
• have mesh and other protective measures around the site.
• move the vehicle whenever somebody needs to get out.

Found that the builder were shovelling a heap of dirt at the front of our driveway. Andy called some bloke, but he didn't sound very interested. Stretch called and talked to a woman (possibly Betty?) and took down the details. The incident number is 506288. From the video, the dirt was dumped around 10am and wasn't gone until ~4pm.

The builders were spotted using water from our tap. The council was called again and notified of the issue and we were given the job number 506626. Andy confronted the young bloke about it, and he said that it was the only time. Other blokes were spotted filling up their buckets, for a total of 21 times.

Once again, they started operating machinery before 8am on a Saturday morning. Andy called the council about it, but they believed that constuction work could begin at 7am, and said they wouldn't send anybody out to the site before 8am.

Started construction work at 7:15am this Saturday morning. Andy called the council, and they are going to send a building constructor out.
