Meat Cannelloni

Mum-style Meat Cannelloni

Ingredients

Meat Filling

  • 4 Tablespoons Oil or Butter
  • 500g Minced Steak
  • 1 Medium Onion (Chopped Fine)
  • Parmeson Cheese (75g)
  • 50-75g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Medium Grated Carrot
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic
  • 1 Egg

Sauce

  • 1 Tin Tomato Puree
  • Dash of Oil
  • Basil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Bay Leaf
  • 3/4 Can Water

Method

Mix meat filling ingredients together and stuff your cannelloni tubes, and lay them out in a baking dish.

Mix the sauce ingredients together, and pour over the cannelloni tubes in the dish. Put a lid, or foil over the dish. Cook in a moderate oven for 30 to 45 minutes, or until canaloni is soft
