Mum-style Meat Cannelloni

Ingredients

Meat Filling
- 4 Tablespoons Oil or Butter
- 500g Minced Steak
- 1 Medium Onion (Chopped Fine)
- Parmeson Cheese (75g)
- 50-75g Breadcrumbs
- 1 Medium Grated Carrot
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic
- 1 Egg

Sauce
- 1 Tin Tomato Puree
- Dash of Oil
- Basil
- Salt and Pepper
- Bay Leaf
- 3/4 Can Water

Method
Mix meat filling ingredients together and stuff your cannelloni tubes, and lay them out in a baking dish.
Mix the sauce ingredients together, and pour over the cannelloni tubes in the dish. Put a lid, or foil over the dish. Cook in a moderate oven for 30 to 45 minutes, or until canaloni is soft
